The bread, made by the bakery ‘Boulangerie Jos et Jean-Marie’, is made with Luxembourgish flour which is derived from excellent quality wheat and controlled by the Luxembourgish Chamber of Agriculture.

Label “Produit du Terroir”.

In order to enhance the quality of our products, we use iodised salt as this represents a healthier alternative.

Our well hydrated bread benefits from very extensive resting periods (a long fermentation). Every day, our bakers craft and manufacture the bread by hand. Thus, we are able to offer fresh bread of exceptional quality with plenty of taste and flavour.
