In this workshop we learn a lot about honey. Together with local beekeepers, we look at the production process from the bee to the honey in the jar. We learn a lot about the work of local beekeepers and about the differences between industrial products and the local quality product honey. Health, biodiversity, sustainability and local production come together here.
