ELEMENTAL is a thoughtfully designed 4-hour immersive experience combining ancient Ayurvedic wisdom with modern well-being practices.
Ayurveda is the Indian traditional medicine and the ancestor of naturopathy.
Participants will go through three personalized workshops based on their Ayurvedic Dosha (body/mind constitution), including:

Ayurveda & Self-Care Tools – to apply in daily life
Sound & Voice Journey – for emotional integration
Yoga & Breathwork – to restore balance in body and mind
Each participant will receive a tailored experience based on their unique body/mind constitution, with content, order, and even teas and snacks adapted to their Dosha. •There is a ticket for each Dosha (each limited to 15 people)
