The Luxembourg Veterinary and Food Administration (ALVA), as the EFSA (European Food Safety Authority) Focal Point, is pleased to invite you to its annual conference, "Safety on My Plate," which will take place on April 20, 2026, at the Philharmonie de Luxembourg.
This year, the conference theme is "When Plants, Animals, and Food Travel". It will offer the curious public a glimpse of ALVA's activities at the Findel site.
Presentations will be given by experts, who will also be available to answer many questions from the audience: How do I bring my pet from a third country to Luxembourg? Can I travel with mangoes in my suitcase? And what are the rules for bringing my favorite plants or foods to Luxembourg?

A friendly drink will be offered at the end of the event. Participants will have the opportunity to meet directly with the speakers at this time.
