Parent-child african dance class (ages 3 to 15): a rhythmic and bonding journey to enjoy as a family.

Discover a unique parent-child african dance class, specially designed for families with children aged 3 to 15, which invites you to connect deeply through movement, rhythm and joy. More than just an activity, this class is a true experience of sharing, expression and cultural discovery that strengthens family bonds while promoting children's physical and artistic development.

Traditional African dances transform everyday gestures into expressive choreography, rich in meaning and emotion. These dances are a true ancestral body language that allows everyone to express their feelings, assert their identity and forge strong bonds between parents and children. By participating in this class, you are offering your family a special space where creativity, listening and bonding come to life.

Dancing barefoot, firmly grounded, parents and children immerse themselves in the vibrant energy of the djembe and African percussion. The class focuses on whole-body movement, exploring balance, coordination, energy and rhythm through dynamic steps, jumps, fluid movements and sequences adapted to the abilities and ages of the children. This holistic approach to movement helps to strengthen fine and gross motor skills, while developing confidence.

Led by Tebby, a passionate expert and caring teacher, this family African dance class combines traditional techniques with freedom of expression. Each family learns a variety of rhythmic sequences and discovers its own way of expressing itself in a joyful, playful and inclusive atmosphere. Tebby attentively guides each participant, fostering an atmosphere of respect, exchange and shared enjoyment.
