Immerse Yourself in a Balanced and Accessible Yoga Practice
Join a session blending static postures, fluid sequences, mindful breathing, and meditation. Guided by Sabrina, a certified and passionate instructor, explore Hatha-Vinyasa Yoga—a complete practice that harmonizes movement and inner awareness.
Each session begins with grounding and centering, followed by a gradual warm-up. The core of the practice combines Hatha Yoga for stability, breathwork, and posture holding, with Vinyasa Yoga for a harmonious flow between movements. The intensity is adapted to all levels, whether you are a beginner or a frequent yoga practitioner. The session ends with a deep relaxation or a guided meditation for ultimate well-being.
