A queers-only workshop blending Breathwork, Yoga, and Meditation. An embodied practice that offers a gentle, held space to build somatic safety, nervous-system regulation, and psychological agency. Join us to reconnect with your body, your breath, and the community.
Facilitators:
Anna T.. - is a Breathwork and Awareness guide working with the relationship between nervous system regulation, trauma processing, and the felt sense of the body. Her sessions focus on helping people reconnect to their innate authenticity and their creative potential through direct embodied experience rather than self-improvement. She guides sessions across Berlin and Luxembourg, creating spaces that prioritize agency, poetry, and attunement.
Nicole - Raised by the sea and mountains of Sevastopol, Crimea, Nicole grew up immersed in movement thanks to her mother’s inspiration and a bit of force. Yoga became her path to inner connection and grounding as a consequence. Her classes blend humor, intensity, and introspection, set to eclectic playlists that enhance each experience. In class, you can expect hands-on assists, thoughtful challenges, and personal stories that foster resilience, compassion, and awareness of your inner and outer world.
