Flow movement & Animal Power Workshop 

You’re warmly invited to an inner transformative Flow Animal Power Workshop at Kass Haff Farm: a 2,5 hours guided journey into the wild intelligence of your body, the spirit of the animals and the deep remembering of your true nature.

In this unique experience, you’ll be held in a safe, playful and sacred space as we will explore: 

Flow Movement : connect with your body’s natural rhythm through freeform expression. No dance experience needed (!) 

Power Animal Activation: through music, visualization, and embodied exploration, you’ll connect with the wisdom of animal allies — from the fierce jaguar and the soaring eagle to the rooted serpent and the transforming butterfly. 

Mindfulness Games: trough engaging activities to connect with your surroundings and to bring your attention to the present.
