Course Description

Regular djembe practice goes far beyond simple percussion; it builds bonds of cohesion and active listening within the group.

Each beat resonates like the pulse of a united community, supporting the memorization of various rhythms and helping the body move in harmonious coordination.

Percussion instruments, by their very nature, offer a haven of calm and serenity, releasing the mind from tension and stress.

But beyond their soothing effects, they require total concentration, attentive listening, and growing self-confidence over time.

In this collective learning experience, everyone finds their place, developing social skills and creativity to the rhythm of the djembes.
