His self-titled third studio album in 2022 that hit number 1 in 7 different countries and subsequent world tour further cemented his status, with the release of the short film “MARS” shortlisted at TRIBECA film festival and currently in development as a tv series written by Olivier award-winning playwright Chris Bush. The film added depth to his creative portfolio and philanthropic efforts during Trans Awareness Week. Continuing his momentum, YUNGBLUD unveiled a series of compelling singles, including collaborations that showcased his evolution as an artist, leading up to the diverse sound of “When We Die (Can We Still Get High?)” featuring Lil Yachty in 2024. YUNGBLUD’s career trajectory is a testament to his ability to captivate audiences with his raw authenticity and boundary-pushing artistry.
