This unique class integrates the best of both worlds: • Yang: A gentle dynamic flow that awakens the body, builds warmth, and enhances circulation. • Yin: A restorative practice that encourages deep fascia release, unwinds tension, and supports nervous system regulation. By combining movement and stillness, this session helps you build flexibility, mobility, and relaxation—all while restoring balance to both body and mind. Expect to leave feeling grounded, rejuvenated, and deeply connected to yourself. The workshop lasts one hour and requires no props—just bring your own yoga mat and something to drink.
