Legal notices - Use of the guest card and services

  • Upon handover of the card, the system operator allows the cardholder to use the services listed under the card’s service specifications as of the date of issue.
  • The nature and scope of the services for the cardholder can only be found in the service specification, valid at the time of card use, that is published on the website:www.visitluxembourg.com.
  • The system operator, as the publisher, and service partners can exclude cardholders and other authorised users from using the card fully or partially, temporarily or permanently if the cardholder breaches statutory regulations, safety regulations, usage regulations or instructions from supervisory staff within the context of use, or otherwise behaves in a manner contrary to the contract to such an extent that the exclusion is objectively justified.

  • To use the services, the cardholder is obliged to show the original card and to submit it to the service partner for electronic verification before using the service. If the cardholder has paid the standard advertised service price to the service partner and only presents the card after payment and/or use of the service, there is no entitlement to a refund.
  • Despite careful content checking, Luxembourg for Tourism GIE does not assume any liability for changes to the services of service partners that are not announced. Luxembourg for Tourism GIE undertakes to make changes as soon as possible, provided these are known.
  • The LuxembourgCard is valid for 365 days from the first use. For a 2-day or 3-day ticket, use can be spread throughout the year and does not have to be redeemed on consecutive days. There is no entitlement to reimbursement for any unused days at the end of the usage period of 365 days.
