Yoga After Work

Deze inhoud is helaas niet in het Nederlands beschikbaar.In the inspiring setting of Villa Vauban and throughout its rooms, we will explore with Patricia De Zwaef, art historian and yoga teacher, the living architecture of our physical body and the awareness of our energetic body through some asanas and pranayama exercises. The focus will be on controlled postures and breathing techniques related to office-related pathologies (pelvis/hips; neck/shoulders).
The sessions are open to everyone, all ages and levels, including beginners, and will combine yoga with contemplative exploration of artworks.
Practical information:
> Desired arrival at 5:15 PM, possibility to change at the museum.
> Please bring your own mat and, if possible, 2 blocks and 1 yoga-strap.
