Deze inhoud is helaas niet in het Nederlands beschikbaar."Pëtten Summer Nights 2023" is a three-day open-air music and art festival in the ruins of Pëtten Castle (near Mersch), which will take place from 4 to 6 August 2023.
The festival presents various genres of music, as well as an art exhibition (Hariko/Croix- Rouge), framed by an educational programme with workshops. The three festival days will be divided into classical/jazz, hip-hop/pop and a family day. New this year is the Newcomer Band Competition, where we meet the need of young musicians to offer them paid performance opportunities. In addition, we focus on the sustainability of the festival to show people that culture goes hand in hand with climate and environmental protection.
The aim is to create a sustainable festival that enhances the forgotten castle ruins through music and art by Luxembourgish artists and thereby residents and tourists from the region.
This year, the festival will be awarded the Green Events logo in compliance with strict sustainability requirements.
