What is the LuxembourgCard?

The LuxembourgCard is a tourist pass to Luxembourg’s attractions and activities. The LuxembourgCard is intended to give visitors an unforgettable experience while raising awareness of the diversity of the destination.

What are the advantages of the LuxembourgCard?

With this card you can benefit from free or reduced entry to 90 attractions and activities in the country.

Which attractions and activities are included in the LuxembourgCard?

You can find all the participating LuxembourgCard partners in our tourism app, on our website www.visitluxembourg.com or in our “100 things to do in Luxembourg” pocket guide.

Can I visit an attraction or activity more than once with the LuxembourgCard?

Yes, you can visit attractions or activities several times a day, and depending on the type of card, several times over the remaining available days.

Can I visit several attractions and activities in one day?

Yes, the LuxembourgCard allows you to experience as much as possible in one day.

Where can I buy a LuxembourgCard?

The LuxembourgCard can be purchased via our online shop www.luxembourgcard.lu or via our tourism app in the App Store and Google Play. In addition, the local tourist offices and selected tourism partners can help you with the purchase process.

How do I receive my LuxembourgCard when I purchase via the website?

With every purchase, regardless of the sales channel, you receive an email with a PDF card.  You can use it directly on your smartphone or print it out as a card.

Do I need a smartphone for the LuxembourgCard?

No, a smartphone is an advantage, but is not necessary. The digital card can also be used as a printed ticket.

Can I print out the LuxembourgCard?

After purchasing online, you will receive an email with the LuxembourgCard in the form of a QR code in PDF format, which can be printed out.

Can I buy several LuxembourgCards?

Yes, you can buy several LuxembourgCards at the same time online and offline.

Can I buy the LuxembourgCard without a mobile phone or internet?

If you don't have a mobile phone or internet access, the local tourist offices and selected tourism partners will be happy to help you with the purchase of the LuxembourgCard.

Do you have to use the 2- or 3-day card on consecutive days?

No. The 2 and 3-day cards can be used freely throughout the year.

Is my LuxembourgCard only valid on the same calendar day, or 24 hours from the first scan?

The card is only valid on the same calendar day. If you activate the card, e.g. by scanning it in the evening, it can still be used for the remaining hours of the day.

Is my LuxembourgCard transferable?

Yes, the LuxembourgCard is transferable. It is not nominative.

Can the group card only be used by members of a family?

No, the group card is flexible and can usually be used by up to 5 people, whether they are related or not.

What data is required for online purchase?

Your contact and credit card details are required for online purchases.

What payment options are available?

The payment options are: VISA, MasterCard, PayPal.

I did not receive an e-mail with my LuxembourgCard after the purchase. What can I do?

Please send an email to feedback@visitluxembourg.com and we will solve the problem as soon as possible.

How is the LuxembourgCard activated?

The card is activated once it has been scanned by one of our participating partners and is valid on the same calendar day. You must scan the card again at each attraction in order to benefit from the respective offer.

What do I do if my LuxembourgCard does not work?
