Just Humans
With this exhibition, Amnesty International and Magnum Photos jointly look back on 60 years of commitment to human rights. They are showing a selection of images that testify to the diversity of the organisation's struggles. After all, photographic work draws its power from the awareness it raises.
Thus, it gathers portraits of personalities from recent history and the present, from Martin Luther King to Greta Thunberg, as well as of great moments that have shaped European and world history, such as the fall of the Berlin Wall, the rallies after the Charlie Hebdo attacks or the protests in Hong Kong.
