Hiking meets local food
For this autumn edition, we are offering you a hiking and gastronomy formula at Yves Radelet in Drauffelt for 4 Saturdays. Our nature guide will accompany you during the hike through the landscapes of the Clerve valley.
The departure is at 10.00 a.m. at the station of Clervaux. The route is 7 or 9 km long. Chef Yves Radelet works only with seasonal products and will propose a menu and a vegetarian alternative one week before the hike. The menu will be communicated to the participants.
