For the launch of his walk-in workshop, which will take place every Thursday evening and weekend until 12.11.2023, artist McCloud Zicmuse is on hand to introduce you to letterpress.
Inspired by the poetic qualities of Tina Gillen's monographic exhibition, we invite you to make your haiku dreams reality!
Write your own haiku and watch it come to life through the craft of letterpress printing. Together with the artist McCloud Zicmuse, we are setting up a temporary letterpress studio at Konschthal. We will set type, arranging small letters and spaces, and print copies of your haiku. Participating haiku makers will have their work to be added to the exhibition and of course will have a copy to take home. Learn the basics of setting, composing and printing in this open workshop.
