In the last still productive mill of the Mullerthal Region, the Dieschbourg family has been making flour from local grain since 1897. According to traditional craftsmanship, hydroelectricity is used for grounding. The company respects the natural resources and the policy is sustainable. The mill also roasts organic fair-trade coffee which you can taste after visiting the mill. The adjoining boutique sells regional products.
