The CAPE - Centre des Arts Pluriels d'Ettelbruck is a regional multi-disciplinary cultural centre located in the heart of the Grand Duchy, 20 minutes north of the capital at the gateway to the Ardennes. In its three function rooms, it offers a professional, varied and high-quality cultural programme. With around a hundred events a year for all ages and in all areas of artistic expression (music, theatre, musical theatre, dance, visual arts, film) as well as in cultural education, the CAPE is open to all culture lovers, interested parties and the curious.
Since its opening in 2000, the CAPE has established itself as an important and internationally recognised professional event venue for Luxembourg and the Greater Region. Thanks to its regional reach and its close collaboration with numerous cultural actors, it is also a platform for emerging talents and young Luxembourgish productions.
CAPE also plays an important role in local public life and serves as a venue for the many local associations. Together with the Conservatoire du Nord and the Philharmonie Grand-Ducale et Municipale in the centre of Ettelbrück, it shares the premises of the Centre des Arts Pluriels Ed. Juncker, named after the former mayor and initiator of the house.
